It’s all go in the Queen’s Awards office!

Next week we travel to the Prime Minister’s Advisory Committee, which is chaired by Sir Jonathan Stephens, Permanent Secretary of the Northern Ireland Office. That meeting will conclude the judging process of the 2015 Awards and gives us our winners list, subject to final approval by HM The Queen of course!

While managing the day to day administration of the scheme, we are also working on the design and development of a new online entry system, I’ll let you know more about this in the next few weeks.

Launch date of next year’s awards

Tiffany London receives her Queen's Award for International Trade.
The new service will be ready for the launch of the 2016 Awards on 21 April this year – the same day we formally announce the winners of the 2015 'Golden Jubilee' Awards.

A former winner speaks about the benefits of winning a Queen’s Award for Enterprise.

Take a look at Tiffany Rose’s blog for UKTI. Tiffany London’s clothing company won The Queen’s Awards for Enterprise: International Trade in 2013; Tiffany speaks of the difference winning has made to their exports and other benefits of the Award.
